These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BillIn GST billing application, website (dhandapani.in), and mobile app (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract, and you use the Service for business purposes. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorised use.
BillIn is currently offered free for 3 months with all features included and no credit card required. After the free period, continued use of paid plans is subject to the pricing shown in the app, which we may update with reasonable notice. Taxes (e.g. GST) may apply. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the business data you enter (customers, invoices, products, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your invoices, tax rates, GSTIN/HSN details, e-invoices, and GST filings. BillIn is a tool to help you bill and comply; it does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional.
Online payment collection is handled by our payment partner (Razorpay). Your customers’ payments are processed by and subject to the payment partner’s terms. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, transactions between you and your customers.
The Service integrates with third parties (e.g. Razorpay for payments, the NIC IRP / your GSP for e-invoicing, and notification providers). Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant third party’s terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by BillIn and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as permitted here.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every legal or tax requirement applicable to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillIn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.
BillIn is operated by Fusion Tech, Latur, Maharashtra, India. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Latur, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
